Our Story

PeopleBox was born out of a passion for solving a need in the applicant tracking system market. Our mother company, Lityum Software, was founded in 2002 by two new graduates, Barış Kürşat and Emre Meltem, who shared a vision for creating digital products that could make a difference.For years, Barış and Emre worked tirelessly to create digital products for clients, gaining valuable experience and insights along the way. It was during this time that they discovered the applicant tracking system market and realized there was a need for a product that could address the pain points of recruiters and HR professionals.

As new customers came on board, the team grew, and in 2017, PeopleBox welcomed its first new team members. Over the years, PeopleBox has continued to evolve and improve, driven by a commitment to providing the best possible experience for our customers.We believe that recruiting and hiring should be streamlined and stress-free, and we are dedicated to making that a reality for organizations of all sizes. In 2022, we received a major vote of confidence when the largest job market in Turkey, kariyer.net, invested in PeopleBox.
